Serving as municipal practice leader in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Mike has provided professional services in the field of civil engineering in responsible positions both in public and private practice since 1977. He has represented numerous clients before the regulatory community with significant emphasis on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, SCDHEC-Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management, and the Environmental Protection Agency. He was the project engineer for Barefoot Landing, Tidewater, North Beach Plantation and Barefoot Resort and Golf. As such, his knowledge of the water transmission and supply system is significant.
