He loves helping communities solve complex problems and uses a strategy that emphasizes the intended results, which routinely results in high levels of client satisfaction and has generated a resume of award-winning projects. Marcus joined the firm in 1994 and manages the firm’s Minneapolis office, serves on the Board of Directors, and leads the company’s emerging markets and services. His commitment to proactive organization and communication has led to success in managing large project teams. He has a range of experience in municipal project administration from conception through construction and is a leader in the company’s equity and sustainability initiatives. Outside of work, Marcus has sustained a lifelong passion of listening to and performing live music. He, his wife, and both of his children are alumni of the University of Minnesota Marching Band. He loves jazz music and enjoys unwinding with his saxophone in-hand.
