Blake Farm is an 18-acre, multifamily development in a fast-growing, highly anticipated location in northern Wilmington. Bolton & Menk provided planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the development. This project is part of the larger Blake Farm master plan along NC-17, which will feature commercial, additional multifamily apartments and townhomes, and residential development. Featured amenities include an 8,500 square foot club, 3,000 square foot pool, elevated lawn with 24-hour access, and a dog park that will be shared between apartments and adjacent townhomes.
