This project is part of the larger Blake Farm master plan along NC-17, which will feature commercial, additional multi-family apartments and townhomes, and residential development.
Blake Farm is an 18-acre, multifamily development in a fast-growing, highly anticipated location in northern Wilmington. Bolton & Menk provided planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the development. This project is part of the larger Blake Farm master plan along NC-17, which will feature commercial, additional multifamily apartments and townhomes, and residential development. Featured amenities include an 8,500 square foot club, 3,000 square foot pool, elevated lawn with 24-hour access, and a dog park that will be shared between apartments and adjacent townhomes. Residents will have convenient access to trails, bike paths, wildlife corridors, and community gardens. Nearby attractions, including Topsail Island and Wrightsville Beach, make the Blake Farm location even more desirable.
