The site includes a 400-unit, mixed-use development with associated driveways, sidewalks, streetscape, utilities, stormwater, parking, grading, amenities, and additional site features on approximately three acres. The remaining acreage was designed for utility infrastructure and rough grading to accommodate future phases of a 200,000-square-foot office and a 150-room hotel.
