Bolton & Menk provided landscape architecture and civil engineering services for the proposed 6.2-acre acre site, which consists of four existing lots forming a City of Durham block surrounded by Dillard Street, South Roxboro Street, Jackie Robinson Drive, and Mangum Street. The site includes a 400-unit, mixed-use development with associated driveways, sidewalks, streetscape, utilities, stormwater, parking, grading, amenities, and additional site features on approximately three acres.
