Bolton & Menk served as the design lead, providing planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services, along with drafting the text amendment for the town to incorporate a planned unit development (PUD) into its unified development ordinance (UDO). The adoption of the PUD allows for greater design flexibility and promotes strong pedestrian and vehicular connectivity, benefiting not only this project but also future mixed-use developments within the rapidly growing Wake Forest community.
