Bolton & Menk is the engineer of record for this award winning, innovative, and highly successful project that is surrounded by an approximate 24-acre lake swarming with fish, turtles, and alligators. New to Barefoot Landing is Dockside Village. Bolton & Menk provided civil design services to expand the 5.4-acre area of the overall existing project with placement of 2.6 acres of fill for the main pond for the relocation and improvements of existing roads and to provide additional buildable uplands for an expansion of commercial facilities and parking.
