Overview

This project required extensive coordination with MnDOT and its contractor for the I-35W MnPASS project for traffic changes and access modifications.

The County Road C project included reconstruction between CSAH 88 (New Brighton Boulevard) and Long Lake Road in the Cities of St. Anthony and Roseville. This section of County Road C has many industrial businesses that can only use County Road C to access I-35W. This project required extensive coordination with MnDOT and its contractor for the I-35W MnPASS project for traffic changes and access modifications. Half of the project was built at a time, and construction elements included grading, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, new traffic signals, trails, retaining walls, ponds, and concrete pavement.
