David Hanson was named the recipient of the 2016 Founders Award at the Bolton & Menk Annual Party on November 19, 2016. David is a Senior Civil Engineering Technician in the Maplewood Work Group. David began his career with Bolton & Menk in 2011 as a Senior Engineering Technician. His duties are primarily focused on construction observation, field staff training and coordination, and construction management. Prior to joining Bolton & Menk, David worked in the municipal engineering field for over 30 years. His experience with all aspects of construction and surveying, excavation, public utilities, development, roads, and public infrastructure gives him a broad understanding that allows him to serve on a variety of complex projects.
David holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from St. Paul Vo-Tech. Over his career at Bolton & Menk he has demonstrated his personal values of quality service and client satisfaction. His relationships and ability to solve day-to-day problems are the reasons that his recommendations are trusted. David is described as highly respected and valued.
