Dwayne is a survey manager and work group leader for Bolton & Menk. He began his professional career in 1995 as an instrument operator/SUE designator and quickly rose to the position of survey crew chief and CAD draftsperson. In 2000, he started Surveying Solutions, PC as the co-founder and president. In 2022, Surveying Solutions joined Bolton & Menk and is now part of 32 offices and more than 950 employees strong.
Dwayne is an expert in all areas of surveying: topographic, boundary, ALTA, utility, storm and sewer inventory, and airborne. His passion stems from the fact that every day provides a new environment, new challenge, and a new opportunity to learn.
