Jake serves as a project manager and practice area leader for civil engineering at Bolton & Menk. He has practical experience with all elements of land development design and engineering including site feasibility and master planning, site design, storm water design, utility design, grading and drainage, roadway design and layout, and erosion and sediment control. Jake began his career in 2007 and is an adept designer, negotiator, team leader, and consensus builder. He excels in developing creative solutions for a wide range of technical problems and interdisciplinary issues through a collaborative approach to project execution.

Land Development–QA/QC Version: 
Jake is a senior associate and practice area leader who began his career in 2007. He leads all aspects of land development projects, including site feasibility and master planning, site design, stormwater management, utility design, grading and drainage, roadway design, underground detention, slope stability, and erosion and sediment control. He has a wide range of land development experience with heightened expertise in industrial developments. Jake will act as our team’s technical advisor as well as quality assurance and quality control leader.
