Sean is a senior associate project manager and Charlotte operations work group leader. With design and management experience in master planning, rezoning/entitlements, site design, and construction of a variety of land development projects, he is passionate about providing excellent client service and developing projects that illustrate innovative and efficient site design. Beginning his career in 2002, Sean has significant experience in large-scale development projects throughout North and South Carolina. In his professional career, he has master planned and managed several large-acreage projects for comprehensive land use plans; jurisdictional small area plans; land development acquisitions and entitlements; and residential, commercial, and mixed-use development.
