Sod was placed on the east side of 9th Ave S. The sod will be watered by the contractor during the warranty period. Please follow the sod care instructions that were delivered to your door.
Phase 3B (6th Street S)
Sod was placed on 6th Street S. The sod will be watered by the contractor during the warranty period. Please follow the sod care instructions that were delivered to your door.
Phase 3C (10th Ave S)
Sod is scheduled to be placed on 10th Ave S next week.
Phase 4 (7th Ave S/8th Ave S/5th St S/8th St S)
Milling began on 7th Ave, 8th Ave, and 8th St on Monday. The contractor milled 5th St on Tuesday.
The mill and overlay of these streets has been completed.

The final layer of asphalt was installed on all of the streets this week.
Street signs and striping will be installed next week.
