Nicole leads Bolton & Menk’s project communication work group and is a project communication practice area leader at Bolton & Menk. Her excellent engagement planning skills allow her to effectively convey complex engineering messages to the public. She began her career in 2017 and she has a passion for making communities better through inclusive and creative public engagement. Nicole provides engagement planning, graphics development, website and social media management, and meaningful face-to-face engagement with a focus on customer service. Her strategic engagement planning paired with innovative digital and in-person tools help create spaces that reflect each unique community. Her skills are present from the early stages of a project through construction. She helps clients of all sizes and serves residents and businesses from project conceptualization through construction.
