Our Community, Area Planning, and Urban Design practice creates the policy and implementation strategies to build engaging, sustainable places. We are passionate about creating great places for all and offer a unique perspective and skills that leverage active transportation, land use, economic development, and urban design for equitable outcomes.

We work collaboratively on projects that elevate quality of life, celebrate local identities, and promote an equitable future for all by operationalizing a Community-Centered Design approach. We ensure equity, inclusion, and resiliency are at the root of our placemaking frameworks. From high level visioning to development review, our full spectrum services are designed to help communities be safe, sustainable, and beautiful.
